Most of the staff is friendly. |

Car park,because is limited space and the swimming pool water is a bit dirty or smelly.The rate is not detail when the time i make booking because once i reach the hotel then i only find out that there have more rates and did not mention when i make a booking at that time. |

Overall the hotel is better than 2 year ago when my frist stay at Grand Continental. But the toilet is terrible, is alway choke after used. especially after pass-monment... it really terrible

After the renovation, I found the Hotel is very comfotable to stay.

It should be a better environment and should provide more parking bays for hotel customer. Staff of the hotel was not very friendly.

Nothing special. Its expensive if you don't have any discount, for a deluxe room because the deluxe room is like a standard room. But the staff is welcoming, and its easy to book.
