Best Western Willowbank Hotel Manchester

Great location although the room was small. Our plug didn't work so we couldn't use the sink but other that the stay was very good. We used this as a base to go to the Manchester Xmas Markets and would stay there again.

	The location and safe parking

the staff and room were excellent and we will certainly stay again soon.

	it was near enough to town to use public transport and the links were excellent.The staff were very friendly and helpful and the left luggage facility was very useful.

	Flexability

Have stayed at this hotel before and have been very satisfied. This time, however there was a concern.

	The staff were as courteous as ever.
	For the first time we were in a double room with a bathroom that was shabby and in need of some attention. Not as attractive as the other rooms we have used in the past.

No complaints - I enjoyed my stay.

	Breakfast - very friendly staff

A convenient location, helpful staff and a welcoming and comfortable plae to return to at the end of the day
