Amazing hotel, extremely friendly and efficient staff, outstanding restaurant, very comfortable rooms. Rooms may be slightly small, but everything you could want is provided, including free minibar (water and soft drinks), coffee or tea maker, fully equipped bathroom and king size double beds. Quiet rooms, especially upper floors, in spite of being on busy Gran Via. Full wooden shutter doors block out all noise and light.

	What I liked most, in addition to the room itself, was the exceptionally courteous and helpful desk staff. Also the restaurant, one of the best in Madrid.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN, THE DAY WE ARRIVE THEY DO NOT HAVE OUR TYPE OF ROOM RESERVED AVAILABLE, BUT THEY PROMPTLY FIXED AND THE NEXT DAY EVERYTHING WAS SET! THANKS !

I'm complied with my choice of hotel, because most of time we were outside. But if you're going to spend more time inside the hotel you'll become disappointed in lobby, places for meeting and cafe.

	Location was very comfortable for walking, taxi, metro and any kind of movement
	New Year party, cuisine and lobby.

A magnificent location, nearby Metro Gran Via Station. Wonderful room, prefectly silenced from traffic noise )(we were at third floor), prefectly conditioned.
