Hotel d'Orangerie

Good ocation next to the river and close to all of the shops and restaurants. The hotel is one of the old buildings so the rooms are full of character and there's decent sound-proofing between rooms. The coffee-shop across the road provides some entertainment but was never a problem. Breakfast was basic and not worth the money, especially when a short walk into town would get you to so many cafes with great coffee and pastries!

	The bed in the room was really comfortable. Much better than the beds we usually find in hotels.
	The key for the front door to the hotel (which they lock at 11pm) was tempermental at best - at one point we thought we were destined for a night on the front step.

The friendliness of the staff and overall help was asking them quesitions. Location and closeness to the center of town and the easy access to the autobahn for leaving the area.

	Size of the bed was fantastic, plus able to have our dog with us too.

First and firemost: It was a relaxing and comfortable stay at your hotel. With a very friendly lady at the desk and a extremely engaged barkeeper. The room, the biggest of the doubles, was stylish as we prefer it, everything was there we needed. A disadvantage is the coffeeshop a few meters away due to the people hanging out there till early morning. And the service while breakfast could be improved so that used tables are cleanded up as soon as people left it. and this if the next ones are already seated, too. everything else makes the orangerie a place we'll return to whenever we'll come to maastricht.

Very good, good breakfast, friendly staff

Staff at hotel was very pleasant, food and drinks were excellent. The room was very small. Fortunately I am not a very big person otherwise I couldn't have entered the room. The lighting was poor in the room as well. Shall certainly stay there again but not in the same room.
