Late check out not possible. At 12 o'clock (sunday) 2 or 3 different people came knocking on the door and were quite rude. Small beds, even smaller rooms.. Really do not know where they found their 3rd and 4rd star

In general the hotel didn´t give me the pleasure stay it suposed to be.

It is at walking distance of the city and they have their own parkingplace. |

- Bad service - Bad breakfast (the egs where still frozen as well as the bread) - Very small rooms with lots of noice from outside en the neighbours - Toilet and bath in the room were defect. After making notice to the staff on the first day, they promised to fixed it, but they never did. |

Booking mentioned total prize, but surprisingly 5 € tourist tax was added on top of that at checking out

parking place walking entrance not clearly indicated. drilling was heard on early monday morning. |

Some small things which could be better: First time: window on street level could not be closed! This time: even after intervention of staff, save could not be used.

Breakfast very wel, but shortness of staff. |

In general, we think that the shortness of staff is the reason for the items mentioned above. |
