The Hotel is at the "Vrijthof" which is excellent. The hotel and room are completely obsolete and in our room was a terrible stench from the toilet/sewage. Every morning at 8 construction workers started making a lot of noise on the room, whereas the hotel itself mentioned on a leaflet in the elevator that no works would commence before 9am...! We paid about EUR 300 for 2 nights which far too much money for this very old and no more than 2 star hotel. The staff was friendly, location excellent but I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

De TL lampen in de kamer, zeker boven het bed maken het verblijf bij nacht niet prettig. Zonde in een voor de rest goede ervaring.

The room was dirty when we came in. The lady running breakfast was nearly angry and the total breakfastsystem was unsufficiant. The bathroom was old fashioned and very small; so was the whole room. In fact it was no more than a single room.

We were looking for a nice hotel in the middle of Maastricht, with comfortable rooms and sufficient parking space. We found it!
