The Director and staff are especially friendly, helpful, attentive to the residents. They try to do the utmost to satisfy customers.
However, the hotel is old, very small rooms, some without windows. The carpets are stained. Bathrooms with showers are really too small. The cost is very high compared to the quality of premises. The parking shortage.

Charming small hotel in a quiet area close to the center of Lyon. Nice and helpful staff.

Much care was put in the decoration of the hotel lobby and reception, you really feel at home. The location is extremely convenient.
The room we had on the main floor was really tiny. We were told that rooms were bigger in the upper floors, so next time, we will try to obtain one higher up!

My room and my friend's room were too little and the bathroom on the 2 floor was very very old. the colors was new and so with an odour intolerable. No enough place for the baggages and the dressed. No lift and difficult stairs. Normal breakfast.
