La Reine Astrid Warwick

A warm welcome - the reception staff are what sets La Reine Astrid apart. Very helpful and attentive - they are the greatest asset of this Hotel. The restaurant is excellent - high quality and good value: a very enjoyable dinner after a day's travel. Our apartment was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Our only critisism was several fixtures and fittings were either broken or needing repair. After a very nice meal in the Olde Cite one night we found out how far it was to walk back to La Reine Astrid: we knew to catch a cab the next night!

	The standard of room maintenance was poor: several fittings and fixtures were not serviceable or needed repair. Also it was too far from the centre of Lyon to walk back after a nice meal at a resturant in the Olde Cite

The size of the rooms are large , very large with a rough but correct equipment and furnitures
