Staff were very friendly, helpful and English was spoken fluently. Room was simple but spotless and had a great view if the river and town. Will stay there again.

We had very good rooms.

Our stay in the Tourist Hotel in Luzern was pleasant. The location is good though not great. The room as spartan but comfortable. The bathrooms, though "down the hall" were clean and functional. The breakfast was good as well. We have no complaints as the value was as good as could be found.
