Two things that I remember most of all was the friendliness of the staff at reception and their attitude: always happy to help. Also we were lucky to have a wonderfully big room. We still remember the very efficient girl that used to prepare our breakfasts and the lovely black teapots.

The most important thing for us was that the owners were able to get us tickets for the Luzern Music Festival |
