IBIS Hotel Luxembourg Aeroport

The staff were friendly and helpful. I had no problems at this hotel.

• We had am early flight and the gentleman who drove us to the airport also made coffee on our requesting it. Very friendly.

overall it is quite comfortable and you get your money's worth. The actual price of the room is ok, but the breakfast is quite expensive for an adult, even if it is free for kids.

• The cleaness and the friendly personall.
• The beds: I would have preferred a thicker kind of blanket (not for warmth, just because I am used to it), and a bed on wheels is uncomfortable to sit on when it is always rolling away if you lean on the wall, because the bed is the only thing you can sit on watching TV. And having one single chair in a room for 4 people and a table where only one person can comfortably sit at, seems a bit few for so many people.

I was unfortunately disappointed by this hotel and particularly by the fact there was no reference/comparison between what I booked and what I found when arrived (Though I confirmed my arrival time by email).

• 1)The room did not match my requirements (different from booking !!), it was particularly small for our couple and there were two beds in place of one, they admitted they gave us what they had left !!!!! (nice, don't you find ??) 2)Knifes and forks were not correctly cleaned at the breakfast-room 3)No shuttle service to and from the town center

everythings fine

very convenient for a short business stay whenever I work at my customer's premises in Luxembourg (nearby the airport too). Staff is doing all their best at all times.
