Hotel Zurich

Located close to the train station in Luxembourg City, an area that was at once handy to transportation links and a little seedy. The room itself was spacious, clean and well appointed, comparable to the facilities that one would find at two star hotels. The hotel shares its staff with the active bar on the ground floor. The staff were quite friendly, tried hard to accommodate hotel guests, even while their principal preoccupation was with the bar patrons. Considering the hotel's location in what is otherwise a fairly expensive European city, I think this hotel was one of the better values I found during my stay in Europe.

The ownwer and staff are fantastic, the rooms are functional and very clean.The location is close to the centre but there are a lot of clubs etc close by.There is a Disco in the bar downstairs on the Friday and Saturday.

Great Staff, ok price. But to be honest its a bit of a dive and a real fire hazard. Its old and not really possible to improve. If your looking for something close to the train station for a night or two then its not a bad choice.

• Too much to remember. I will say that I would not recommend the hotel but its really a matter of who you are and how easy going you are. Im easy going and as such I didnt mind the place.. I would almost say I liked it (almost).
