Request on booking form(to set extra bed) was ignored Japanese TV channel was nothing Temp. control for tap water (bath) was too hard

We stayed in a very pleasant room overlooking the car park and forest beyond. Everyone was very helpful.

Loved the swimming pool. Proximity to woodland walk
No clear directions from town for the Hotel. We were 'forgotten' at both Breakfast and Evening Meal Having taken a seat and the order taken, no food arrived for nearly an hour. Apologies were accepted at the time
