Chiltern Hotel, Luton Airport

Stayed for the close proximity of the airport - was very impressed as left the car at the hotel and the rates were very good.

The stay and park deal which we had with the hotel was good value. The situation of the hotel is less attractive in summer because of traffic noise and the need to have windows open, which therefore leads to a poor location rating. Though we found the staff polite and helpful,{particularly when our smokeless bedroom turned out to be very smoky) they could have been more welcoming.

Perfectly adequate...nice and clean...food good...showers took a bit of understanding.

We had reason to make complaint about a) water coming through the shower curtain b) the carpet was stained by the door looked as if vomit had not been cleaned up properly in the daylight next day the carpet was absolutley filthy and I recommended the room be closed down for cleaning of the carpet. Staff suggested a new carpet would be fitted. c)the toilet seat was only held on with one fixture.

	The staff were all absolutely brlliant they were courteous and caring about their job and gave 100% service.
	Tha fact that the lack of cleanliness managed to slip through the net.

	Service, even though the Hotel was going through renovations. Food was great.

I arrived and had to change the room i was given because the bathroom was in a very bad condition. The toilet would not turn off and you had water running all the time. The shower was not clean.The new room was better, but not what I would call clean. Eating in the resto was terrable. The food dry and not at all interesting. This I reported to the in charge but nothing was done. I did not eat my meal. But was charged for it!!! The breakfast was the same, dry and over cooked, uneatable.

	Nothing, other than the location to my office. Was within walking distance
	Just the quality, or lack of it.

	ONLY THERE 5 HOURS TO SLEEP AND CAUGHT OUR NEXT FLIGHT
	WE HAD TO LEAVE AT 4AM, REQUESTED COFFEE WHEN WE DEPARTED, NO COFFEE AND THE NIGHT STAFF WERE NOT ABLE TO CLOSE THE AMOUNT ON OUR CREDIT CARD, ENDED UP CHARGING US TWICE, TOOK 5 DAYS TO CORRECT
