Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Computer / internet access was free of problems. Buffet was O.K. By the time I got there at 9 a.m., alot of the food was gone so I was a bit dissapointed. The location was extremely convenient, close to the old city and other amenities.

The one thing that REALLY upset me was that I had explictly stipulated a non-smoking room. The first room I was given was clearly smoking. The second room had some, although not very much, smoke residue. The staff person opened the skylight window and after a few hours, the smell dissipated. Still, if hotels do not offer real non-smoking rooms, they should not say so. I have a serious allergy to smoke and could have gotten real sick in the first room. |
