Alright, but staff could be a little more friendly - we got curt rather than courteous replies to our requests - and helpful. When we asked for an Internet terminal for example, the receptionist told us there was an Internet cafe in the same street. Not only was there no such place, we also found out a day later that there was a 'surf' computer between the reception area and the breakfast room! See also our comment on the kitchen.

	A lack of kitchen utensils and things like washing-up liquid, teatowels, etc.
