This was our second stay here and we will always use this establishment being extremely satisfied with all aspects.

	Overall atmosphere and comfort of rooms plus the helpfulness of staff when making requests for additional pillows,etc.

Your hotel has not enough staff. One man didn't want to accept our arrive because it was at 8.30 p.m. but I have discussed this one day before with his collegue. Kind regards.

This hotel more than lived up to my expectations. The superior suite with balcony was the best in the building. The views were marvelous. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Tip for those who enjoy early morning coffee: bring a travel kettle as there is no kettle supplied (only saucepans!). The location was first class although do try to get a front facing apartment for the views! Do try half day excursion to Gavarnie 15 euros per head (snow capped mountains and good food at the chalet cafes.

	Attending the spiritual ceremonies at the Sancturies, visiting old town market on saturdays for fruit and veg. The Monop supermarket is worth a visit for food supplies.
