Ramada Loughborough Hotel

The Staff are superb, very friendly and helpful.Ideally situated.

	The courtyard in the Summer and the choice to sit outside and be shielded from noise and winds.
	Kitchen starting up around 6am, a door continually banged from that time onwards. Rooms very warm, need to be able to adjust temperature.

Very warm staff, expecially the guy in the bar - a very service minded and proffesional attitude.

Good hotel, nice and clean. Helpfull polite personel. Good and various breakfast. Comfortalbel room with bathroom and television. Acces to the prices on the room.

	The only remark: as an tall person I struck my head on the first floor at the celing on the connecting stairs to rooms 51 and second level 70

Not the standard of Ramada Hotel we are used to visiting internationally.

As the Hotel was in the process of refurbishment, comments regarding the tired look of the place. The refurbishment work obviously does not add to the experience,the restaurant food was unexiting and a little overcooked for my taste.
