Tower Hotel

Had an excellent room which overlooked the city on Halloween night and allowed us to view the Fireworks display from our room. The Hotel was very clean and secure. The only negative thing I could say about this hotel is the lack of parking facilities for guests leaving most with no option but to park in a street carpark overnight.

having stayed at the tower hotel on previous occasions i was looking forward to a nice weekend, what a shock was instore for me, on arrival was told there was no room for me, had to wait 3hrs for a room, magnetic door keys kept failing i was told this was because i had put them near my mobile phone, at dinner placed order and was served the wrong food, room was only cleaned on the sunday at 16.45 was told this is normal,when i complained it was like i was talking to a brick wall

After staying in many European hotels, this was a very welcome sight! The room was very clean and spacious. It came with complimentary toiletries and tea and coffee facilities. A big bonus was the secure parking. The food in the downstairs restaurants were nice, with "hotel pricing".

	The location is great, right next to the city wall, which is a fantastic walk, with lots of beautiful views and sights to see.

Good location , walking distance to city center.

	Good Cleanliness and location.
	Bad Food quality at the bar\resturant and therefore bad value for money. They charge a phone conection fee even for free numbers (0-800 xxx) - a problem when a calling card is used.

Located in the historical centre of Derry. Ideal base to discover the city & surroundings.

	Nice, quiet rooms.

Pleasant Hotel very convenient to Derry City free with car parking will stay again

	Being so close to the heart of the city
	Our room was at the end of the corridor and was subject to a constant whirring noise. It was only on the day we left that we realised it was the ice making machine. It spoiled our stay somewhat
