rooms were not as we expected but after a brief chat with reception an acceptab;e alternative was arranged.All staff very helpfull. |

The staff was really helpfull and nice |

We had a nice stay at the Waverly, I would stay again. There were some things that bothered me, but over all it was very nice.

The Coffee,and eggs at breakfast were horrible. The curtains in our room were all different length, there could have been more attention to details. Bottled water was only provided on the first day. There was too much heat in the bathroom, and the door would not stay open to cool the room. The staff did not understand this problem. |

There was no Heating. The last time I slept with my overcoat on the bed was in Russia. There was no hot water. At breakfast, I unfortunatly collected a sausage which wass rotten. Room. I havde slept in bigger couboards than room 409.

A nice reasonably priced hotel in a good central location.

Everything was fine and very convenient. I could not stay there again as I couldn,t sleep because the bed was far too hard.

In comparison to others, the rooms were small and in need of modenising, although, there had been some improvments made, new windows and the bathroom had been revamped in our room. Cheaper equal Hotels available.
