I was very disappointed with the small box like double room. we were stuck away in a corner on the 7th floor and there was barely room to open the door before it hit the bed.

Clean, good location,no problems during stay.

In general quite good, with pleasant staff- for a three star adequately priced and excdellently placed.
The bathroom was in need of an uplift - especially the plumbing - the bpx-like room for a single person was adequate- certainly no more. Could have been more welcoming. |

I mainly think that the room furniture needs to be changes. Pricepoint is too high when compared to the quality of enviroment. But this is probably a problem common to most of London hotel.
staff is very kind |

My first impression when walking into the lobby was a great mix of old world and modern. The reception were friendly and professional, very important for me. I travel to London a lot and this was the first time I stayed here, my experience was so good I will be back
I liked the decor in the lobby it created a good atmosphere, and the extras in the bathroom were very welcoming |

No could not find anything I did not like about the hotel |

Breakfast was delicious. The shower curtain bothered me as it kept clinging to me as I was showering. Room was very basic but it worked for my son and I.

Very good value for money and convenient location. Decor and rooms not particularly modern or attractive but clean and comfortable and everything you needed. Also provided water whihc is a nice and welcome touch in UK hotels.

On those days, it was very hot and they had the heat on. I kept askeng them to switch off the heat and they kept saying either that it was impossible or that the heat was off (the floor of the bathroom was burning...). At the end they suggested to switch the air conditioning on, for the sake of the planet...

The fact that they ignore my complains about the above problem |

Enjoyed the hotel. Was comfortable, clean and the staff was perfect.
Friendly staff, good location |

The room would need a slight renovation. A bit stuffy. The bed was good though. New paint, the cupboard was retired so was the little table. A refreshing touch. And oh the windows could be cleaned. |

great location, friendly staff, good breakfast lay-out.
took a bit longer to check-in as room was'nt ready, nothing bad otherwise.. |

The Waverely Hotel is the hotel I chose because of its convenience to the Great Ormond Street Hospital. It’s a clean hotel but some basic staff like the bath which doesn’t have a shower that you can remove and its fixed has to be changed because it reminds you of the 1970’s. That was unacceptable. Other than that it was not bad.
Its convenience to the Great Ormond street hospital that I had to take my daughter. |
|
Its bath without a shower that could be used properly. |

Reasonable value for money. Room small but tidy. Location excellent. Convenient to tube.
Fire alarm went off a few times during the morning. Nobody seemed to pay too much heed to it. |

Good location, friendly, helpful staff.
The hotel was located in pleasant area, with easy access to transport facilities as well as business and pleasure activities. |
|
I did not appreciate the heating under the tiled flooring in the bathroom. This made the room rather warm and required the constant use of the air conditioning. |

An overall good experience. Nice, quiet atmosphere. We stayed with a small child, the cod was in the room when we came, and the hotel was nice and quiet. We were very pleased and would consider staying there again should we come back to London
Everything was as it should be |
|
They didn't empty the bin in the bathroom every day which wasn't so nice since we had a child using diapers |
