Everything was quite ok, but the room was very small and it really differs from the photos, that are given.

The hotel is perfectly placed, and for that alone, worth the price a I paid. I stayed a Sat. and Sun. night. The location is off a quiet road, and very close to all the main attractions. I would stay there again

The placement is primetime, just a short 5-6 minute walk to Buckingham Palace.

The bathrooms are horrible..... I would take a shower and the whole bathroom would flood.

As far as I remember, there was no reading lamp on the wall behind the bed, so one could only read in bed by the ceiling lamp. I consider this a drawback and it detracts from the "COMFORT" of the hotel.

The friendliness of the staff.

The lack of reading lamp!

Room was very small and bathroom tiny. General cleanliness was poor. Beds were a disgrace - needed throwing out. Bedding minimal - sheets clean but filthy blanket and cover. Window would not open. Kettle lead was not long enough for the electric socket which was coming away from the wall. All in all the hotel should be condemned as inadequate and dangerous.

MY HUSBAND AND I SHARED A DOUBLE ROOM ON THE TOP FLOOR.OUR BED NEARLY FILLED THE ROOM AND THERE WAS NO AIR CONDITIONING.TOILET AND SHOWER ROOM WAS TOO SMALL AND I HAD TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE FACT THAT IF YOU WERE USING IT YOU WERE LOCKED IN FROM THE INSIDE AND NEEDED SOMEONE TO LET YOU OUT.THIS WAS FIXED FOR US BUT THE TOILET SEAT WAS STILL FALLING OFF WHEN WE LEFT.AS FOR THE TEA MAKING FACILITIES WE WERE ADVISED TO BUY BOTTLED WATER.THE FOUR YOUNGER MEMBERS OF OUR FAMILY SHARED A CLAUSTROPHOBIC 'QUAD' ROOM WITH A DOUBLE AND TWO SINGLE BEDS.THERE WAS HARDLY ROOM TO MOVE AND THE ROOM WAS SHABBY AND POORLY FURNISHED WITH THE CURTAINS HANGING OFF OF THE WINDOWS. THE PLUG POINT IN THE DOUBLE ROOM PULLED OUT FROM THE WALL WHEN UNPLUGGING THE ANTIQUATED HAIR DRYER.THE OVERWORKED KITCHEN STAFF DID THERE BEST BUT THE BREAKFAST ROOM WAS TOO SMALL AND THE FOOD LEFT A LOT TO BE DESIRED.ALL IN ALL A DISAPPOINTING STAY AND WE WOULD NOT RETURN TO THIS HOTEL.

The hotel was in an ideal location and convenient to the west end and visitor attractions.Desk and kitchen staff were friendly and helpful.
