It was very close to the shopping centre, very convenient. Quite comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast menu.

my only problem was that when we arrived in late at 10pm one night we were told that there was nowhere to get food anymore - actually we could have got room service but didnt realize till we had bought drinks in the bar and crisps other than that the room was great breakfast seemed far too busy at the weekend and I cant bear a scrum so went elsewhere for table service

As this was my first time staying with you I was impressed by the reception and the staff. The restruant was very nice and the food was good quality and served very professionally. In my room I was disappointed with the shower area as it was not very clean. I did not make any copmplaint about this as I was only there for one night.

	i liked the situation of the hotel as it was in the area where I needed to stay. I usually stay at the Cumberland but it had no vacancies.
	As I stated in the colum above, the shower area caused me concern.

The check-in took 45 minutes, because of a long row at the desk. But the staff comfort us with a drink so it wasn’t to bad. There wasn't unfortunately a non smoking room available.

	The possibility of making coffee or thee is nice.
	We didn't have a nice view. The minibar was empty. Breakfast wasn’t included.
