The Rembrandt

Very nice hotel located in central london, limiting travel, not two natural history museums, Science and V & A, quite close to Victoria station also. Have appreciated being able to access our rooms fairly early in the first day (11am) and leave our luggage set for our final day clean room, but it is unfortunate that the carpet is stained. Contact (language) with very limited staff except reception and breakfast.

Due to the exchange rate Euro to Pound the deal was really great.The Staff was very friendly. The location is very central it is close to the Piccadilly Line so you are able to go directly from the airport Heathrow to the Hotel without changing the Metro line. The de-luxe room was comfortable not big but for London standard really OK.

I chose this hotel for the welfare department but the jacuzzi was broken and there was a water aerobics in the pool. they gave me a reduction of 50% but I had booked the morning in this business and my goal to go to london and my energy was not satisfied. Furthermore, I have waited long for the one to serve me breakfast. After the protest that they arrived tt on.

Great small hotel. Service was great especially since we had our family there. We did have a hard time finding the hotel even when we got on the street. We saw a hotel sign but not the word "Rembrandt". We enjoyed the fact that you had rooms that could hold 3 of us together and the other 2 family members could go into a second room. Thank you again. I will plan on staying at the Rembrandt in the future. Sincerely, The Woods
