Very luxurious feel to hotel - real comfort and very chic!

Found it pretentious where it does not matter. My suite had a rose petals path from the door up the bed , on to the window cills, up and down the coffee table !!? I booked as s single guest, not a honeymoon couple. The rose petals that I had to remove, left stains in the duvet. When I returned at night the duvet cover had not been replaced or was there any "well come". Staff polite and friendly. Average refurbished bathroom, not at the same level as the rest of the suite. Atractive Zen chic public spaces.

	Felt as if I had booked into a furnished apartment, not into a hotel with the 4 to 5 star service that I was expecting.

Great place with good choices of room but a little short of dinning slection.

Not a pleasant experience. The bathroom was freezing. You could easily fall into the sunken bathtub. Treacherous with too many stairs all around the bed. Staff not very helpful. Restaurant was closed so you had to order the same food from room service (cold when it arrived). Strange characters hanging around in lobby.

	Good location, price was ok for London.
