although the hotel was clean and the staff were polite our 'ensuite' required us to cross a landing to a seperate room, the choice was limited at breakfast and the room was too small for the number of guests. The hotel rooms both public and private needed renovation quite badly.

This hotel was in a perfect location for the theatre's which was the reason for our trip. A two minute walk to Oxford Street with no end to the shops, and it was in a well lite up area, no fear of walking home.

How central it was to all. Shared a triple room and has no problem with space. We were on the go all the time, so it was good to be in this location.

No complaints for the price I paid. Although the bathroom was really dated and some cracks in the wash-hand basin & bath, but great shower.

I did expect it to be just a little better. I did miss a proper reception area where one could sit and relax. I was surprised with the lift. The six of us thought it was from the thirdworld, quite depressive and as for the time, that was also depressive, after a long day, get back to the hotel and climb up to the third floor. Doesn´t meet to standards. The place does need some refurbishing, especially the bathroom. I have to comment an incident. The last day I had left my bag in the foyer, but I was already at the bus stop and had to run back for it. It was six in the morning and I was about to miss my bus and plane, there was no way they would open and they took their time about it, I think there should be a reception twenty four hours and not have to take our key with us. Breakfast was also scarce. The best part was the cleanliness. In Spain it wouldn´t be rated a three star hotel for sure.

Well situated, friendly staff, adequate breakfast, bathrooms need updating - not very inviting.

Convenient location. Good value for money.

Bathrooms. The lift was gloomy.
