value for money. The location is great as it is near the underground and within walking distance from the soho area. Room for single is quite spacious and the shower was brand new. Very impressed

	Staff were friendly
	Can be quite noisy if your neighbour turn on the TV quite loud.

Nice hotel. Good value for money. Wonderful location. But really tiny single rooms.I have been in much nicer hotels in London, but as compared to the price this one is not bad too.

great staff and location could'nt have been better! apart from knocking myself out on your safe door that had been left open on arrival! cut my head open on it so maybe that might need a check as blinds where closed on entering the room so i walked straight into it !!! but again location fantastic and nice staff!

Very good hotel for the price great location some rooms better than others due to renovation.

I stayed in a single room, which was extremely small. The TV had quite few channels, but the size of the bathroom was enough. The hotel is a little old and needs to be refurbished. The location is excellent, very near to the subway station, and just a walk distance from most of the attractions. I would not recommend to stay in a single room, if you can, prefer to stay in a double room.

Lovely experience was enjoyed at this hotel, nice and comfortable overnight stay.

	The shower did not work great and basin below filled up to quickly when shower was on full power - minor fault really.

Uncomfortable, noisy & smelly. The room furnishings are ghastly. You get the impression that the owners are extracting every last penny from guests, based only on the hotel's location. Clearly the owners/operators care nothing for cleanliness, comfort, style or services at the property. Way too expensive for what it is.

Couldn't ask for a better location. Room was small but more than adequate as a base for shopping and sighseeing. Very clean and modern. Plenty of wardrobe space, comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Didn't use restaurant or breakfast facilities, so can't comment. Be warned if you are in a rush and on a higher floor - the lifts get very busy around check-out time and you might have a long wait!

	Access to the YMCA pool and fitness centre.
