Rose Court Hotel

Room was noisy and too much light from the road outside.

	Breakfast served too late (0800hrs) for business needs to start 0630 or 0700hrs

Sheets were just about clean, but I had to request a clean replacement pillow case as one was covered in stains. TV reception was dreadful with at least 2 shadows and unwatchable. Shower room in dire need off an upgrade with brown stains all around and well worn. Breakfast was the best part of the stay.

The best thing in this hotel was the location only, and the family room size (connected rooms) & one Arabic TV channel. Other than that, the curtains are very dirty, beds'covers & sheets are very dirty, the heating system was not working, the TV channels are the local ones only, the chairs are old and shreded

I had a very pleasant stay at the Rosecourt Hotel. I recommend it for families.

	I liked the friendly staff. Also, the proximity of the Hotel to the shopping area was a blessing.
	I didn't like the wooden flooring.It made noise when one stepped on it. Also, I could here the noisy street at night.

The facility is well located, very close to the Tube and in an area with restaurants and nice pubs. No noise at all, so you can sleep well even if you stay in a room, like us, on the ground facing the street. We had a nice stay there hope to come back again soon. Recommended.

Very convenient location 2 blocks from Marble Arch with a friendly and helpful staff. Traveling with a family of 5 is typically not very easy but Rose Court had a large family room that accomodated all of us.

Good location, Staff were helpfull.Rooom was comfortable and clean although it could have done with being re papered. On suite was fantastic.Carpet going down stairs to room was a bit worn. lounge and dining room spotless and tastefully decorated. good value for mony and would recomend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rose Court Hotel, especially because it is situated in a very good location. The staff was very friendly, only the kitchen staff was a bit of disappointment, as they spoke very little English and could not remember our breakfast orders.
