Radisson Edwardian Marlborough Hotel

I was grateful for being transferred promptly from my first room, which was extremely noisy, to one which was much quieter and a lot nicer. The bathroom was excellent - plenty of hot water and very well fitted. The staff at this hotel are always polite, which makes a very pleasant change from some London hotels.

Apart from the very noisy party, I was disappointed that breakfast was not included. The lifts were a bit iffy - one did break down a couple of times. And my bedside light didn't work. But these are minor points.
