A comfortable hotel, great location and good facilities

Great Hotel, We have stayed here 3 times and wouldnt stay anywhere else in London.

	This hotel has so many nice touches, great decor, molton brown toiletries, trendy bathrooms, fantastic tapa's and fresh pizza's, Bar staff are great and so friendly. Location is good, walk down baker street and you end up next to Selfridges, tube station is round the corner from the hotel.

wasnt happy with the first room they gave us as it was for wheelchair and everything was lower down . we suggested a room change and had to wait one night.

I booked this hotel for my husbands birthday and we really enjoyed ourselves as the central location was wonderful. We would book this hotel again for sure.

	We visited Oxford Street and also the Sherlock Holmes Museum.

wonderful location. great value for money

	never stayed in London before, but staying at Sherlock Holmes Plaza, was a very pleasurable first time, will definately be going back on my second visit, everything was just what i expected.

excellent location for anyone visiting for a weekend break including the west end theatres. Excellent and attentive staff and very clean. Very quiet inside the room at night. Comfortable rooms.

Wea party of four mature adults had a dreadful stay, dirty rooms, out on bounds lounges, rude inefficient staff [ 'a bit like the curates egg' some were very good others awful] we were extremley unhappy, it was not as advertised and definitely not luxurious. All our complaints have been addressed and actioned by the General manager [after we returned home] therefore we believe that the same problems will not re-occur, and have offered some compensation in recompense. The food in the restaurant was superb, not cheap but worth every penny also excellent wine list

Ideal location as we had a concert at the new Wembley. Hotel staff very friendly and helpfull. Nice decor. Just a shame the room was very small and the noise of the generator kept us awake for most of the night.
