Park International Hotel

The location of this hotel is its greatest feature. The neighborhood is nice with plently of resturants, three grocerry stores and a Starbucks. The Tube station is two blocks away with acess to three major lines. The V&A Museum is a short walk away.

The staff failed to let us know of a phone message from home. The call was to let us know about the death of a friend.

sink scratched appears very used, unclean; no tiles on bathroom floor - similar feeling to sink; A/C not functioning - only fresh air but no cooling; spring bed - too soft perhaps due to age; a big cockroach appeared on table; room safe out of order

politness of staff, the reasonable comfort and peace of my room and accesibilty to many nice places as well as Glosecter road station.

access to internet should be free for travelers

The continental breakfast was very nice and a very wide range of choice.

I had a smoking room which was very nice but the TV was old and there was no remote. I was told by staff that I would be given a better TV the one I had was a box TV with no remote. Staff saaid that they would change it to a flat screen TV with remote but it never arrived. I managed as I was only staying one night so it was ok.

Clean room, attentive staff, breakfast.

Selection of TV programs were not good. I good not find Soccer Games on my TV, that my friends were watching in their Hotel Rooms.
