Novotel London City South

Bath mat stained. No milk for tea and would have liked some herbal/fruit tea bags. No express check-out offered. Location good- would have liked directions from nearest tube to be on website. Gym is not very impressive and they can only give access to it on a daily basis so if you want to go in first thing in the morning you have to go via reception. Staff on reception friendly and I liked the way shower/bath was in a separate room from the toilet.

Very nicely decorated large room, pleasant atmosphere

	The bathroom, with BOTH a bath and a shower - modern, design-like atmosphere, good sized room, comfy sofa, with good amenieties (like an ironing board - much better than a trouser press!).
