nice quite area just 2 mins away from Kings Cross, great value for money, english breakfast is a nice extra

We found the hotel rather shabby and the service poor (nobody to show us our room or carry luggage up to the top floor). We realize London is very expensive but we were expecting better servicing.

	Its very practical for Eurostar and the centre of London. It is also very calm (apart from some noisy clients in the middle of the night!).

The location, the price, the breakfast and the staff are perfect for me. I had no WC because it was a last minute reservatio but I must say the "for everybody" WC was always perfectly clean.

	A quiet, "real" hotel in front of a public garden in a nice surrounding.
	The bed blankets should be washed more frequently

The Montana is a very good hotel, usefully located and sensibly priced.

Nice stay. Nice staff. Clean. Value for money. I would stay there again...

Litle but clean and a very good location in the drict neightbour of St Pancras.

I'm happy that I've found this b&b hotel. It's 2 minutes walk to Kings Cross so it's perfect if you arrive to Luton Airport. You can reach the the city centre easily. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast!... It's simply super. You can eat as much as you can. I LOVE it, simply LOVE it! :-) It's very important that the hotel is very clean! This is my home when I visit to London. It's good to go back from year to year.

	Absolutely nothing. If you have any problem with anything connected to your accomodation, the staff helps you!

I regret having stayed at Montana! Not properly a hotel, at least for those guests, that are used to find hospitality and frendly personnel! That kind of rooms-house where no management rules are present and guests are a mess!

English breakfast, but despite the nutricious meal one has almost to plead for food; not enough people serving at a exiguous room where guests have to wait to have a seat. Pray for not leaving the room without having your breakfast because the staff wont spend a minute or even will cook after 9 am, even you had no opportunity to have your meal because room is small and food run out and you thought it would have more or if simply you have no seat!
