Hotel is closed to underground. Shopping facilities as well as restaurants are next to the hotel. Hotel could be reached from the airport heathrow directly by underground(no change of undergrounds). This makes a trip with suitcases more convenient.

it was a pleasant stay,I liked the hotel,the service ,the staff and the room.

	location and the hotel having a spacious lobby and nice atmosphere.
	there was just a problem with the phone line.

Very nice hotel with excellent facillities, quiet location near the city, shops, parks etc. on a stone throw of the picadilly line. Friendly staff, good restaurant, nice lobby and very clean.
