Hello, beds were horrible! very unexpected at a hotel like this! and as usually, the room I had requested: two debs/smoking, was not given: it had to be changed at check in - which is annoying and stressing as we arrive and want to relax.As for smoking I had to smoke outside the window, it was ridiculous! elisa ferreira. (breakfast was nice).
