Mabledon Court Hotel

staff were v friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent,however we did find the bed very small and also the shower was too small as well, the room was also very warm, so agood night's sleep was not had by all.

If you're looking for a friendly, budget hotel to use as a base then this is as good as any and much better than some.

This hotel is in a very convenient location for Eurostar. I arrived late as previously notified but there was a pleasant welcome and all administration was handled efficiently and helpfully. I had to leave early so did not use breakfast facilities. Check out was efficient. The price was reasonable for London but possibly a little high. The room was comfortable and quiet but basic.

At the price and location the hotel was good value for money.

	Convenient for all transport services.
	A minor inconvenience was the room was quite warm, the fan in the room did not work, we reported it, and was told it would be changed, it wasn't. Other than that nothing.

We found the hotel staff to be very pleasant and helpful. Overall cleanliness was o.k. but the room we stayed in (24) could do with a little t.l.c. - wallpaper away from the wall due to condensation, beneath the window. Also window stay needed attention as it could not be left open and with central heating on the room was a little warm; air was needed. Having said this we would not hesitate to stay there again. Also the work going on outside was rather messy and the pavement blocked. Obviously this could not be helped and was a nuisance to the hotel staff.

	The hotel communal areas felt clean.

perfectly located. the rooms are small but other than that you get what you pay for.
