hotel oliver was a basic hotel but for london we were pleased with price and easy access to earls court staion ect and it had a few pubs just round the corner so it was eay to unwind after our eight hour trail around london each day staff were helpful and friendly and we would go back there

Excellent location, rather shabby. Double room was extremely small, we had to change for a family room.

	The hotel was very close to the bus station and the Earl's Court tube station.The hotel was quiet and cheap. There are good restaurants in the area.
	The breakfast was always the same and tables looked dirty all the time, though they were cleaned.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Oliver. We rated location at a 3, because the hotel is actually located "right into" the very busy Cromwell Road with lots of traffic. It didn`t matter much to us, since we are grown ups, but we do not consider bringing our children to this hotel, just because of this. The staff gets a high score. Nice and competent! Breakfast should be improved! What about standard English breakfast?

Very friendly staff; nice breakfast. A little expensive, but this is London! The rooms are small for the price you pay but there was so much to do outside that we didn't spend much time in there.

I think for the rate they should offer something more.

I think London as important tourist city, I don´t understand in the hotel nobody speak a little "primary" spanish ( only a few words). The relation with staff was very cold ( except one case). I think ( i´ve seen ) is possible to be simple hotel but in good apariencie, the walls must be clena, the 220Vac plugs don´t must be broken with broken cables, the bathroom........ oh¡, the bathroom....cleanliness please
