Lovely entrance and reception area, spacious ground floor bar and eating areas. The room was a fourth floor one, large and very clean, bathroom excellent.

The close proximity to the promenade from which there was a good view of Tower Bridge.
Did not like such loud music in the entrance lounge. It does not make one inclined to "linger" and drives the guests elsewhere for a drink with softer background music.

Liked everything.
We were given the wrong suit case and had to wait at St James Court hotel Buckingham Gate while you delivered the right case. We missed our train from Victoria so had to pay again for the journey to Eastbourn,extra taxi fares also added to our frustration because of incompotence!!

Had a bit of a hick up when we arrived but it was put right very quickly. Sure we will be staying again at some point. Staff were very friendly and efficant.
Think breakfast is rather overpriced.

Good room which was very comdortable.
No slippers in the room for guests to use. The bathroom floor was tiled and cold.
