For the price this was a reasonable place to stay in central London. The room was comfortable and adequate for the time that I was staying. Not sure if I would like to be here for few days though.

Breakfast was disappointing. Felt a little like a transport cafe. As I arrived late and tired the fact that there was no lift to the 2nd floor was not a good start. |

The bathroom was well below standard, areas patched up with tape. A hole in the bedroom wall, No saucers with cups in the rooms, the shower did not work in one room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would not stay there again
Thw waitress who served breakfast was very friendly and hard working. The staff at the front desk were not very friendly |

We booked into this hotel but left about two hours later due to the fact that the toilet was broken and the staff were unable to fix it. THe room was very small, right at the top of the hotel, with a tiny window which didnt lock (maybe because it was also the fire escape). The room did not feel secure or clean, it was missing lightbulbs, no towels, broken tv remote, poorly working shower. The public areas downstairs were pleasant enough. I cannot comment on the breakfast.
The staff were polite and did try to fix the problems. They were happy to refund my money and did find us another hotel to stay in at short notice. |

Our friends were in a room where some attempt at renovating had been made. In our room (22),no attempt had been made. Curtains were hanging off, plus holes in the bathroom floor tiles and room flooring. The air extractor hung just on its wires and there is a hole in the ceiling. The double bed mattress had so much use it had collapsed at one end causing the occupant to slide out of the end.Sash windows had no sashes just paper wedging them open or shut. Both water taps run constantly.
Still trying to think of something. |

The breakfast was a farce. Not enough cups or cutlery to go round. A coffee pot big enough for a family of two, and seating so close it just had to be intimate. |

Very small room on the top foor of the building without lift. I would not recomend it to anybody.

The first night was terrible as we were given a tiny room whereby most of the appliances did not work nor was the room clean and it had a terrible smell. After complaining we were moved the following night to another room which was somewhat better, however not totaly satisfactory.
Nothing other than the location |
