Grosvenor Kensington Hotel

The hotel was perfectly adequate for what I wanted (a base for a business trip). Reception staff were friendly and professional. My room was in need of updating as the decor and windows weren't in good condition, although it seemed clean. The location is excellent.

	the bar was only open between 5pm and 11pm

In order to better staying, the lifts is to be maintained in good condition because one is bumping and shaky at stopping. Also the refrigerator is required in the room. There was a bit smell of mold in the room.

Based on location and value, I could not find anything wrong with this hotel, it is what it says a three star hotel with great staff, breakfast was good,reception more than helpfull, just don,t expect a five star hotel for the price of a three star remember this is London

Location is the best of this hotel. Price is also quite good considering the overall condition of rooms and the excellent breakfast. I was very pleased. The shower in our room (top floor) was awkward to use.

Adequate accommodation. Comfortable and clean. Good value for money.
