The hotell had a good location. Pluss for breakfast. Minus for the bathroom. The shower did not function properly. Replace the shower with a new modern type.

GREAT !!

	The hotel's breakfast service and stile.
	The lack of temperature control for the hot tube in the bathroom. The low speed of the lift.

Too expensive

The hotel was clean and the service was good. The check in and out was smooth and so was our breakfast arrangements. The staff could have been more informative about the sight seeing arrangements.I think the rate was slightly excessive and could have been better.

	Proximity to the museums, centrally located
	We were not given clear instructions on where to find the bus stop for the tours, which made us walk with small children in tow - totally avoidable. Also they do not have a porter for the luggage and this is something they could improve on. This was noticed by the cab driver as well.

The hotel is conveniently located. The neighbourhood is good, near the museums and the Royal Albert Hall. The room and the breakfast room were clean and tidy. The breakfast was good. Despite the location near a major road, the room was quiet.

	The location near South Kensington Station was excellent. The staff were helpfull and friendly.
	The damp patches on the bedroom wall should be attended to asap. The bathroom needs ventilation; after a shower the fire alarm tended to sound.

Nice old hotel with big rooms, clean and well located. Good value for money.

Great position in a very nice place. A good value for money and good and various breakfast.

Nead some renovation (modernisation). The breakfast room is too small, the furniture is uncomfortable. Location is perfect!

	The bed was comfortable and the view is good. Tranquile surroundings.
	The bar didn't serve coffee - that was dissapointing! And it would be nice to be able to have lunch or dinner at the hotel. Why is there no minibar in the room?
