Gresham Hotel Bloomsbury

We had a terrible stay at this hotel. The fire alarm went of early every morning, because it was something wrong with it. The second night we found two mice in the room and when we told the staff they just said that it was not normal to find mice in this room......So I just wonder,is it normal to find mice on the other rooms?!? The last morning they startet to renovate the room next to ours. The noise was very loud so it was not possible to sleep.

	The location was ok.
	*The smell in the reception and down in the breakfast room. *Breakfast was not good.. *Room and bathroom was DIRTY! *No changing of towels

Dear, everything was good. The location of the hotel is great. Im going back to London 26.-28.March 2009 and Im thinking about your hotel again. Is it possible to get some accomodation disccount for my another stay?

Nice hotel, relatively inexpensive, with VERY nice personnel. However, the hotel is a bit too shabby: the walls (in the third floor) between rooms are completely permeable to noise from adjacent rooms. My room could use a lick of paint, and the faucet was leaking. Most important, the showers are in bad need of repair. Paint, new faucets, connecting the sink to the drain. For a small amount of money and effort, The Gresham could be a really lovely place. having said all that, I would definitely come back

Did'nt get the promised room, but had to share toilets :-( Very very old and not well kept rooms. Dity showeers and tiolets, and bad smell

Very convenient location, near the British Museum. Minutes away from good restaurants and pubs. The room on the ground floor was clean but noisy all night. Breakfast was very frugal. However, the staff was very nice and helpful.

Was horrible, disgusting and terrible bad, I dont want to hear about that place in my whole life. The recepcionist was so rude an uncouth, the cleaners very bad almost they didnt clean at all. The room awfully bad I asked for a bedroom with toilet and they didnt give me one. Very bad service. i wont back in my whole life.

Rooms and bath were dirty. It was not nice to stay there.

Did not enjoy at all!! Will not be staying again!! Too noisy!! Breakfast very limited!!

	Mostly everything - the room ,the small TV,the lack of facilities.Noise from other guests. Poor bed. No glasses in room to drink!!

Good location but communal bathroom filthy to start with and not cleaned once during our 4 night stay!Will not recommend this hotel.
