Eden Plaza

Ideal location, looks very nice from the outside & Reception area looks as though it has recently been refurbished. Staff very friendly & welcoming. Room - tiny, more like a cupboard than a room & in desperate need of refurbishment, bathroom was horrible, but the Bed was very comfortable & clean, room was quiet & we slept very well.

Three starts doesn't mean 'standard', here in London. One should look for four stars hotel to get 'standard' stay. But if one doesn't care about relaxing and cheapness does the matter, Eden Plaza could be good. Hotel entrance and lounge look very nice (as one can see on webpage). Once you step into another floor, you will start to wonder what happen to this place (which is not visible on web). OBS! one shouldn't forget to take shampoo and so on, to stay here.

	It was not too much noisy, fortunately, because of a little numbers of customers.
	Bath room ....

Very small room. No shampoo(we asked for it). Only one teacup when we arrived. We couldn't close the window.

The staff were very impersonal and the accommodation was vewry basic. I did not think it good valu for money even wity the discount I had as associated with The Natuirary History Museum.
