The Hotel was fine, but the breafast was lausy. Not even real coffee or egg's. In London I would expect english breafast.

very nice stay thankyou, and close to kings cross/ st pancras stations and underground station, just what we wanted.
we loved the little dog, he was so cute, the bar was lovely, very clean, breakfast was good, and the outside area was delightful |

I booked for me and my parents and we got a room for my parents in the yard ( ridiculus ) and one on top floor for me. TV in my parents room was rubbish. For the money we paid breakfast was also rubbish. You could find only Toast , butter a few portions of Jam 4 types of cereals and some juice plus tea or coffe which would be brought to you in tea/coffee pots. The hotel is very noisy. In one simple staement we paid a lot and in return got nothing . Iwill certainly never go there and will tell others not to do so.
Only that the room was clean and that the location was good. |

Fair conditions for its price, very well positioned, 1 minute away from King's Cross tube station.

You should add some cheese and sausage to breakfast menu and shampoo to shower. But overall everything was OK, Thanks |

It was easy to book and make reservations with this hotel, and I have been well looked after. The hotel facilities correspond well with the details of it posted on the website.
The helpful staff who dealt with any queries/questions I asked efficiently & promptly |

Very occasionally the television noise from other guests was a nuisance, but this was rare. |

Great location. Clean and pleasant.
An isolated basement room was not ideal for a single female. |

The room was very small, the structure was ancient
It is near the city center |
|
There was not accessories in the bathroom, no consoles, shelves, soapdish. |

Practically across the street from the tube stop, a half block from the train station, around the corner from shops, 10 minutes walk from the British Library. The room and all public areas were spotless and the bed was comfortable. The rooms aren't large, but there was room for two adults and our stuff in each room. After warning stories of tiny London hotel rooms I was pleasantly relieved. The tiny tea & coffee station in room was an unexpected touch. The breakfast was fine if you don't mind cold cereal with warm milk or tinned fruit salad.
