Hotel is good located. Close to the tube and are where you can socialize is in walk distance. Staff of the hotel ready to assist you in any needs.

After reading a lot of bad hotel reviews on hotels in London , my expectations were not high. But this hotel was clean and warm (we stayed there in January)and the radiators worked perfectly, and so did the TV. Our towels were changed every day, the beds were made every day and we always bumped into someone cleaning the hall or the lift on our way in and out. The staff was also polite. The position is perfect. You don't really need transport, as shopping, restaurants, theatres and other night life is just on your door step. It's also a very nice cafe just opposite serving good breakfast, (not included in the hotel price).

Although situated well for our stay and reasonably comfortable we found the rooms to be much too warm. In addition although the staff were very approacable even though we provided specific instructions for wake up calls and a taxi ( even checking again before we went to bed), the instructions were not adhered to.

the room was OK. we have more problems with the bathroom because sometimes there was no water (but it is also true that we didnt advise on this because we were able to have a shower). room was cleaned very well and the best thing is the location, 5 minutes far from tottemghan court underground station and very close to the british museum.

The location was good, near leicester square (walking distance). The rooms are EXTREMELY small and initally they put us in the room near the elevators and it was too noisy. They were kind enough to move us to the 2nd floor after one night. My other family members stayed on the 4th floor and it was equally small. The beds were not very comfortable, equivalent to sleeping on a box spring. Breakfast was included, serving a choice of continental or full-artery-clogging-English-Breakfast. The food portions were generous. Free wifi in the common areas. No wifi in the rooms. Overall if given the option to stay here again, I would decline.

Small hotel, in central London. Ideally situated, unexpectedly quiet. Good prices & friendly staff.
