The Grand at Trafalgar Square

Nice room but I have been in nicer. No other services available so you had to go out which is not a problem given the location.

	They cut corners on soap, shampoo and tea bags.

Ok hotel situated in great location,upon arrival met by first receptionist who told me abruptly she was too busy to serve me, when second receptionist could eventually serve me despite the booking confirmation stating check-in was possible any time after 2.00pm the room was not ready, only by insisting room be made available did I avoid having to wait one hour.

Clean and comfortable enough. Very good location being so close to Trafalgar Square and the theatres in Charing Cross Road.

	Room was large, clean, comfortable. Ice machines were good to have.
	Not cheap, that's the only criticism.

Very fair price for a fantastic location. It had everything I needed, execept that the air conditioning didn't work.

It is just off Trafalgar Square, clean and comfortable.

We were given a wrong type of room. There was no sofabed for the child and no kitchenete. We pointed it out to the staff and were promissed that all be sorted out while we are out. Finally we had a fridge and a microwave. However, the bed had never arrived. The hotel couldn't make any deductions in the morning as it wasn't a direct booking. So it was an expensive sleepless night.

	location is excellent, rooms are well equiped,modern and comfortable. Free internet is very important.

	Nice location, good service, excellent breakfast and functional facilities with WLAN connection.

Great hotel in a perfect location; within walking distance to several tube stations, major attractions and lots of beautiful cafes.

	The rooms were spacious, updated and very comfortable.
	The only Internet connection (only ONE) was down most of the time. The in-room Internet was unique - but very hard to use and not all of the Internet features worked.
