The Grand at Trafalgar Square

I have a very nice stay.

	location is excellent, rooms are well equiped,modern and comfortable. Free internet is very important.

Small and exellent hotel for traveller who need privacy.

	Nice location, good service, excellent breakfast and functional facilities with WLAN connection.

Great hotel in a perfect location; within walking distance to several tube stations, major attractions and lots of beautiful cafes.

	The rooms were spacious, updated and very comfortable.
	The only Internet connection (only ONE) was down most of the time. The in-room Internet was unique - but very hard to use and not all of the Internet features worked.

Well positioned, adjacent to Trafalgar Square. There was no restaurant but take-away food could be delivered from nearby restaurants, which seemed a bit quirky as it was billed as room service. However, there are plenty of restaurants a short walk away. They did serve breakfast, but at £20 a head, we felt that was a rip-off and there were lots of cafes nearby in which to take breakfast.

	water chillers/filters and bottles on each landing so you could fill up and take to your room.

We found Club Quarters a great value for the money and will definitely plan on returning on our next trip to London!

Location was great, checking in and out very efficient. The staff were helpful and courteous. Room was clean and modern and was of a generous size. We would stay again.

Location is great, price was competitive with other central london hotels and the room was very nice. Free internet access was also appreciated. Only problem was the lack of restaurant - this is apparently coming later this year.

	Clearly not finished renovating yet - e.g. no restaurant
