Park Inn London Russell Square

Pleasant Hotel to stay in, Would use the chain again. Breakfast was very good.

	The room had air conditioning and there was water in the room.
	The only downside was on the Sunday morning the chamber maids knocked the door really early ie 8.30 am when check out time was not until noon. Not too keen on the tv screens in the bar. No-where to have a quiet drink.

Our family had taken three rooms. Fortunately we our kids had the suite...they were delighted but we would have been dissapointed, it is so small!! My husband at 6ft 4 found the double bed too short, apart from that it was great thanks.

Excellent location, reasonably priced compared to similar hotels in the area. Breakfast was plentifull but of very average quality. I would definitely consider booking again.

	Location and quality of room

Very pleasant hotel, superb location, helpful staff, very good value for money. Good for both business and holiday. I got upgraded automatically as the hotel was not full. Definitely my choice in the future. Costa, Nero and other good breakfast places are next door, which I consider as a much better choice compared to hotel breakfast (which is not included), but have to admit I haven't tried.

we didn,t actually get the right room at first, i reserved a double room with 2 single beds, for my sister and I, but the firt room was very nice and modern, we loved thqat room, but wantes 2 single beds....however we did get aq new room the next day with 2 beds, but the standard was not good...the room was not nice and warm, old funiture sct, and I felt the price was less than the room I actually paid for...but the hotel was great, I would love to come back with my husband, and thay at the room on 2 floor...

Fantastic Location a short walk from either Holborn or Russell Square (Russell Square has Lifts if you have luggage)and only minutes walk from Covent Garden, Oxford Street. The rooms were inbelievably spacious, and quiet with a full sized bathtub! We will definately be staying there again and recommending our friends do the same when in London!

Fantastic hotel, excellent location, rates and facilities. Defenitly the one to choose when travelling to London.

	Cleanliness, room design and confort, location and traquility at the same time.

we were very impressed with the rooms at the bonnington and the staff were very helpful at all times. although we did not use the restaurant in the evenings, the breakfast were very good and the service excellent.

	the hotel was well placed for a range of activities and its position meant that travel arrangements were easy as we arrived at euston station.

Broken Air conditioning, room too hot. False fire alarm at 7h30 in the morning. No explanation or possibility to work the proposed internet acces in the room. Early hammering and work for renovation at 9 o'clock in the morning. Empty mini bar...
