Very friendly and helpful check-in staff.
My single room extremely small and rather dark. The bed was a small single and very high off the ground, so not terribly comfortable. The towels were obviously old, thin and rough.

Great value if you want to be in the Victoria area. Single room in the annex was very pleasant but the aircon didn't work.

Very nice hotel. Staff very welcoming and helpfull. Rooms clean, nice and comfortable. Aircondition could be a bit noisy. Bed was a bit hard, fine for me. Breakfast room was a bit small, and could be very crowded. But the kind staff worked very hard to make everybody happy. I wouldn't say it was expensive considering the location, but i wouldn't say it was a bargain either. Anyway it's worth the cost.
Friendly staff. Good TV and Bathroom. Being close to Victoria Station and central London.

WE enjoyed the fact that you had free internet for you customers. The staff in the kithen were very accommadating and friendly. The reception desk employees were helpful and helpful.
The internet service since we were so far from home and it was easy to keep in touch with our families.
The rooms are small but I guess that is the way things are in England.

Value for money and only a shirt distance from the underground station Victoria. However be prepared to have a very small room.

Close to the city center and transportation.

The room was extremely small. There was no room to open a small suitcase and the wall lamp next to the bed becomes very hot - I burnt my arm on this.
The staff at reception were very helpful.
I know that London hotels are more expensive than other cities in England but this does not represent value for money.
