Very good situation on the City. Excellent treatment by the staff.

very clean and nice interior design, beautiful view.

The reception was very friendly and the breakfast was very varied and of quality.

	The cleanliness and the location of the hotel.
	When we arrived at the hotel, there were no towels at the WC. It took 45 minutes to arrive, so I think it took too much time, even more knowing that we had to order it twice.

I like everything in this hotel, since comfort, staff, clearliness and the location. The last one because is very important, the location on the hotel, because, many people do´'t stay in some hotels because they do´'t have a good location...but i think that it's not a problem for this hotel, because, this one have a very good location, near metro, train, aeroport... I tinhk this is reaaly important... And i want to say that i really like stay in Tryp Oriente and in future if i need stay inLisbon i choose again Tryp Oriente Hotel.

	I like everything...specially their staff and comfort.
